LPA also issued the Review of Staff records (LIC 859) to the Lead Teacher during this inspection.
Children's roster was reviewed and is current. Sign-In and Sign-Out sheets were reviewed. LPA advised the Lead Teacher to make sure that children's representative are using complete signatures when signing child in at drop-off and at pick-up. Disaster drill log was not available during inspection. Lead Teacher stated a Fire Drill is conducted.
LPA observed menus posted for one month in advance. Menus for the past 30 days were available upon request. Snacks were reviewed for availability, quantity and appropriateness to children in care. Preschoolers are provided with breakfast, lunch and snack. (All food is prepared by a outside vendor)
First Aid supplies were observed in classroom. According to the Lead Teacher no children are receiving medication at this time. Medication is only administered to a child when accompanied with a doctor's note and is stored on top shelve of sink in classroom.
