Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Rita Ramos conducted an unannounced case management inspection on 05/27/22 at approximately 12:05PM to the above facility. LPA met with Pamela Torres, Site Supervisor upon arrival. LPA singularly toured the facility both indoors and outdoors. There were 9 napping children present with 4 staff upon arrival.

During the inspection LPA took pictures.

The purpose of the visit was to ensure that the health, safety, and personal rights of children in care are being met.

There were no deficiencies cited during today's inspection.

A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.

Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Pamela Torres, Site Supervisor, including appeal rights and procedures.
