25 | On 03/03/2025 , Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Silva Garibyan conducted an unannounced Case Management Visit to this facility for a self reported incident. Upon arrival, LPA met with Licensee, Soila Garcia, who guided LPA on a tour of the facility. There were 10 children with three staff present in the facility. LPA explained the purpose of today's visit is to follow-up on an incident that was reported to Community Care Licensing (CCL) on 02/27/2025.
Information reported to the Department indicated that lack of care and supervision may or may not have been a factor in the incident..
LPA Garibyan toured the facility and observed ten children supervised by three staff. Eight children were napping on cots in the bedroom supervised by S2, and two children were playing with Licensee and S3 in the living room. LPA observed the rooms, the furnishings, and the lay out. LPA also conducted observations of care and supervision of children in care.
During the course of the investigation, LPA conducted interviews regarding this incident. LPA also obtained the facility roster and other pertinent information regarding this incident.
There is not enough evidence to conclude that there was any lack of care and supervision of children. There were no deficiencies cited during today’s inspection.
A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Soila Garcia, Licensee.
