32 | Outdoor play equipment was observed to be in good condition, free of sharp, loose or pointed parts. LPAs observed shade for the children. Outdoor activity space surface is maintained in a safe condition and is free of hazards. LPAs did not observe pools, spas or other bodies of water on the premises. LPAs did not observe weapons or firearms at the facility. All individuals present have obtained a criminal record clearance or criminal record exemption.
This facility provides Incidental Medical Services – IMS. There are currently children with IMS medication. The licensee is seeking a capacity decrease to provide care for 148 Preschool Children; Based on measurements, the facility has space for: 144 Preschool Children.
Exit interview was conducted with Director, Kelly Coleman during which appeal rights were explained.
