Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Shandra Powell conducted an unannounced complaint inspection for the purpose of delivering findings. Upon arrival LPA met with Lead Teacher Ms. Bailey. Director was not present during inspection. LPA toured facility alone and census were taken.

During the investigation LPA Powell, made observations, conducted interviews, and reviewed relevant information in regards to the above allegations.

It was alleged that the facility is having financial issues and a uncleared adult is working around day care children. During the course of the interviews, no disclosures were made regarding the above allegations.

During the course of the investigation LPA Powell did not observe a uncleared adult working around day care children during the inspections on 04/07/2022, 04/12/2022 and 04/28/2022. Based on information received and observations, the above allegations have been determined to be Unsubstantiated. A finding of Unsubstantiated means that although the allegation may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated.

Exit Interview conducted with Lead Teacher Ms. Bailey. Appeals rights explained.

This report must remain on file for three(3) years.

A "Notice of Site Visit" and copy of the report was issued. Notice of Site Visit must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to do so will result in a $100.00 civil penalty.
