On April 14, 2022 Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Monique Ayala and Justeene Tamyo met with director for the purpose to conduct a Case Management inspection. Director guided LPA's on a tour of the facility. Upon arrival LPAs observed 23 infants with 8 fully qualified staff.

The purpose of the inspection is to conduct a health and welfare check to ensure the health and safety of the children in care is met. A tour of the facility was conducted. The facility is operating within proper capacity and ratios.

No deficiencies were observed at the time of the visit.

An exit interview was conducted, and a copy of this report was provided to director along with Notice of Site Visit.
