32 | Facility is exempt from lead testing PIN 21-21-CCP, regulation by written dirtectives due to Module building constructed after January 01, 2010(LPA observed construction plan with date 2/03/2022). The classroom consists of filtered water in a water from a water dispenser (LPA observed 5 gallon jugs for indoor and outdoor drinking is provided in a red water igloo container. The facility provides individual disposable cups.
Facility operates Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. Facility provides breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack for children enrolled.
Facility has all the required posted documents: Facility License, Notice of Parent's Rights Poster, Emergency Disaster Plan, Car seat information, and Earthquake Preparedness Checklist.
First Aid supplies, smoke detectors, carbon monoxide were observed to be operating properly. The fire extinguisher (2A10BC) is reading in green and meets the Fire Marshal codes and standards. The Fire extinguisher was last serviced on 9/30/2024 (LPA observed grey tag with date hole punched).
Trash cans with tight lids were observed. Food was inspected, and it was properly labeled, stored, and within expiration date. Refrigerator is clean and operating at the proper temperature. A refrigerator is adequately equipped, clean, and free from hazards. There is hot running water in the kitchen area.
Cleaning supplies are out of reach of children.
