13 | On 01/26/2022, LPA Clayton conducted an un-announced visit to deliver the findings regarding the above mentioned allegations. LPA was greeted by Licensee Karine Agshehirlyan. Also present were 2 assistants and 12 children in care. LPA toured the home for a Health & Safety inspection.
During the investigation, LPA conducted interviews with licensee, 1 child, Staff, and parents/authorized representatives. Interviews with parents revealed they have no concerns and are happy with the staff well as the care provided to their children. LPA observed children being handled appropriately by licensee and staff.
Based on LPAs observations, and interviews the above allegation(s) is found to be UNSUBSTANTIATED, meaning that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation(s) did or did not occur.
Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with licensee Agshehirlyan. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. |
