The First Aid kit with a temperature thermometer was observed and complete. The required fire extinguisher (2A10BC) is reading in green. Smoke and carbon monoxide detector dual found to be in operating condition according to the Fire Marshal standards. Fire and disaster drills are conducted every six-month. Last drill was recorded on 7/02/2024 at 3:13 p.m.
Licensee had all the required posted documents: Facility License (LIC 203, Notice of Parent's Rights Poster (PUB 394), Emergency Disaster Plan (LIC 610A), and Earthquake Preparedness Checklist (LIC 9148).
The licensee maintains proof of immunization against pertussis (TDAP), measles (MMR), Tuberculous (TB) and influenza.
Licensee provided a Pediatric CPR/First Aid training certificate and does not expire 4/20/2026. Childcare Provider Mandated Reporter training (AB1207) is required to be renewed every two-years.
Licensee's facility child roster is current and maintained up to date. Child files were reviewed, infant child files were also reviewed for daily 15-minute logs for infants 0-24 months.
