LPA's Maddox and Tsutaoka conducted a POC inspection today to verify the following citations of been cleared:

Building and Grounds:
  • The fire extinguishers have now been replaced and are now in compliance
  • LPA's toured the center and observed the center is in the process of making the corrections needed from citations issued on 3/3/2022. LPA's noticed the epoxy has been replaced on the flooring.
  • The hole in the wall in the School age room has been repaired
  • Center is in the process of repainting the walls on the interior and carpet cleaning is scheduled for Saturday, 4/3/2022.


Center has requested an extension for the wiring hanging from the ceiling, although a permanent resolution has not been completed, center is working with the local Fire Inspector and Owner of the property to repair the roofing. LPA's observed the ceiling tiles have been replaced and the wires were not exposed during this inspection.
