The Regional Manager Carla Caldwell met with licensee Nilofer Quaid regarding concerns about the child care center. A representative from Connections for Children, Ms. Sharon Bowman-Willis attended the meeting as the licensee's coach. Also present during the meeting were LPM, Sharon Greene and LPA, Veronica Wheatley.

Ms. Caldwell discussed concerns regarding the licensee's role as the director and also the licensee's role as the licensee at the Quaid & Khan Family Child Care Home.

In addition, Ms. Caldwell explained that the pending application for a school age program is under department's review.

The licensee was provided a check list and additional documents to submit to the department including the following by May 1, 2017.

1. Licensee's Site Supervisor Permit
2. Licensee's transcripts
3. Lease Agreement
4. Health & Safety Certification
