During todays visit the temperature was 87 degrees, thermostats were set at a comfortable setting and the air conditioner was set to keep classrooms cool.
Regarding allegation #3: During the visit conducted on 4/26/23 LPA observed breakfast, lunch and snacks being provided for children in care; there were extra servings provided and LPA observed a supplement supply of snacks, fruits and milk in the centers kitchen. Meals are provided by the centers main kitchen on the adjoining school campus, the center's administrator Ms. Conner provided documentation of daily meal request logs that are sent to the kitchen, based on the logs compared with the sign in sheets extra meals are added, ensuring extra meals for children in care. Based on children's interviews they receive more food if they ask.
Based on interviews and observation the above allegations were found to be unsubstantiated meaning, that although the allegation could have happened or could possibly be valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred.”
