25 | On 9/07/2022 at 9:30am Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Denise Miranda conducted an unannounced Annual Required Inspection and was met by Licensee, Robin Faden, Licensee. Also, were present her two assistants with 10 children (who 2 were infants) .
Per Licensee, the facility operation days is from Monday – Friday - 7:30AM- 6:30PM.
During this inspection, Licensee provided a copy of lic279 Application for FCCH – update, Licensee updated her operation days, and the facility phone number. Licensee agreed to submit a revised LIC999a Facility Sketch floor plan to LPA Miranda no later than 09/12/2022.
The following areas are designated as follows and Licensee confirmed the: Living room, bedroom#4 (baby room), child care room, bathroom#2 and backyard were accessible to the children in care.
The off-limit : Master bedroom#1, bedroom#2, and #3, bathroom#1 and #3, attached garage, office room and kitchen. LPA observed that detached garage is using only for parking and storage along with a laundry area.
There is no swimming pool or other bodies of water on the premises. There are no firearms or ammunition on the premises. Licensee, has two pets, that she keeps inaccessible to the children in care, immunization was provided during this inspection. No poisons were observed during the inspection. Detergents, cleaning compounds, medication and other hazardous items are made inaccessible.
LPA observed a fireplace located at the living and at the baby room with face screen. There is a working fire extinguisher, smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector and adequate heating and ventilation for safety and comfort. Safe toys and play equipment are observed. Furniture was observed with no loose or sharp parts, clean and in good repair.
