On 11/12/2021, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Carol Heath met with Director Candice Butera and Wendy Ruiz. The purpose of the inspection is to conduct interview children, teachers and director for complaint investigation. The center is license to provide care and supervision for Infant/Toddler, Preschool and after school age children. There are currently 51 children present at the time of inspection.

Present during the time of this inspection and providing care is Directors Candice and Wendy. 6 preschool teachers, 1 school Coordinator , and other teachers. Total 15 teachers are on site to provide care and supervision.

At the time of inspection, LPA interview staff (preschool teacher), 5 preschool children and director.

Further investigation is needed and a signed copy of this report was provided to the director Candice Butera for her records. Exit interview.
