On 12/17/2021, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Carol Heath conducted an unannounced visit at the Little ILeaders Early Childhood Learning Center and met with the Director, Candice Butera, Wendy Ruiz and Sandra Culini-Reza. The purpose of the inspection was to deliver the findings for the above complaint allegations.
During the course of investigating this complaint, LPA Heath and IB Investigator Philippe Ryan Miles conducted interviews with a child, parents, teachers, and directors. The interviews revealed inconsistencies in the allegations reported. Per Licensee the allegations did not happen.
Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the center did not provide a safe environment, prevent the child from being bullied by other children, and children's dietary needs are not being met; therefore, the above allegations are Unsubstantiated.

Appeal Rights were provided and discussed with the directors. No deficiencies were cited. An exit interview was conducted and a copy of this report and LIC 9213 Notice of Site Visit was were left with Director Candice Butera.
