LPA Sophia Lord-Richard conducted an unannounced subsequent complaint inspection for the purpose of concluding the investigation into the above allegations. LPA observed 8 children in care, being Supervised by Licensee and 1 Teacher. LPA met with Zhanneta Yeresechanskaya, Licensee.

LPA discussed with Licensee documenting Daily Attendance and Ouch Reports. Based on LPA's conducted Interviews, gathered documents, and Inspection of the facility, the allegations were investigated. Based upon the weight of evidence obtained during the course of this investigation, the above allegations have been determined unsubstantiated. Unsubstantiated – A finding that the complaint is unsubstantiated means that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred.

A copy of this report was explained and issued to Zhanneta Yeresechanskays, Licensee on 9/12/2019.
