13 | On 2/6/2020 at 9:15 AM Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Angelica Ramirez and Ericka Hill arrived at the Grigoryan Family Child Care for the purpose of delivering investigation findings for the aforementioned allegations of the complaint received on 1/2/2020. Upon arrival LPAs met with licensee Shushanik Grigoryan and observed eight children (four infants, four preschoolers) in care with two assistants. All adults cleared per LIS. LPAs advised licensee the reason for the visit. Based on interviews conducted with staff and parents it is determined that the allegations are unsubstantiated as there was not sufficient evidence found or disclosures made for an alternate finding. A finding that the complaint is unsubstantiated means that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the allegations occurred. LPAs advised licensee complaint may be reopened if new evidence is received. A copy of this report was explained and provided to licensee Shushanik Grigoryan. |
