LPA observed the Licensee look up on CDSS website and print the following Provider Information Notice:

LPA also discussed the importance of crib safety, specifically that toys, blankets, and other materials can be hazardous to a sleeping infant and must be kept out of cribs or any other approved apparatus for sleeping infants.
Safe sleep pamphlet and Brochure were also provide.
Commencing September 1, 2016, SB 792, prohibits a person from being employed or volunteering at a child care facility or family day care if he or she has not been immunized against influenza, pertussis and measles. LPA discussed the influenza waiver during the inspection.
