25 | On 06/18/2021 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), conducted an unannounced Annual Required Inspection and was met by Licensee, Ricardo Rizzo. Also present Liensee’s assistant (wife). Days and hours of operation are from Monday through Friday 6:30am to 6:30pm.
LPA toured the home inside and outside and a census was taken. Current facility sketch reviewed, and an updated sketch floor plan and yard was provided to LPA during this inspection. Licensee confirmed that house is a is a single story, 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home with a living room, dining room, kitchen, office room, laundry area, and attached garage. . All other rooms are off-limits and made inaccessible by use knobs doors, safety gate by the kitchen area and latches.
Off limit areas of the home include the bedroom#1 and #2, the bathroom#1, office room, Kitchen the attached garage. The children will utilize the bathroom located in the right when entering the home through the main entrance and the bedroom. The front yard is not fenced and will be off limits to the children. The children will play in the back yard where it is fully fenced.
There is no swimming pool or other bodies of water on the premises. There are no firearms or |
