Margarit Sislyan, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) arrived at the facility to observe the corrections of the violations that were cited on 1/9/20.

LPA met with Licensee, Lusine Makhtesyan and toured the facility on 2/6/2020. LPA observed 6 children (4 infants and 2 preschool age) were present at the facility along with licensee.

LPA observed the following deficiencies were corrected:
Staffing Ratio and Capacity
Criminal Record Clearance

Licensee applied for increase of capacity.

Large Family Child Care license will be approved.
