The equipment in the backyard is in good condition and outdoor activity space is maintained in a safe condition and free of any hazards. There is a fully charged 2A10BC fire extinguisher, and a pull down Fire Alarm. Adequate heating and ventilation for safety and comfort. The home has working telephone service and LPA confirmed the phone number is 310- 880-7364. The licensee is reminded any structural changes to the home or additions to the childcare facility must be reported to Community Care Licensing.
California Law requires Family Child Care Home licensees to report unusual incidents or injuries to children in care to child's parents and to the Department of Social Services using the Unusual Incident/Injury form (LIC 624). Incidents must be reported within 24 hours by phone, and within 7 days of the occurrence by fax, mail, or electronic mail.

When any IMS is provided, a Plan for Providing IMS must be submitted to the Department. LPA and Licensee discussed the Community Care Licensing website www.ccld.ca.gov which will provide access to Provider Information Notices (PINs), Quarterly Updates, COVID-19 Information and Resources, Mandated Reporter Training, Safe Sleep in Child Care, Lead Poisoning Facts, Forms and Regulations. For licensing updates email childcareadvocatesprogram@dss.ca.gov and ask to be added to the email list.
Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 3, of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiencies are cited.
