On 07/08/2021 Shandra Powell and Silva Garibyan, Licensing Program Analysts (LPA's) conducted an announced follow up Pre licensing visit LPA's were met by Director Kelly Coleman who gave a tour of rooms 6 and 7. LPA's observed 6 napping toddlers during inspection. The following items below were discussed in detail;

1. Re-measure of Infant Yard
2. Re-measure of Infant Room (#6)
3. Observation of Crib Area
4. Observation of permanent fence for Infant yard to separate from Preschool yard and Retractable Fence for separation for older Infants and Toddlers.
5. Consultation with Director on different options to explore regarding Infant Center vs. Infant Center with Toddler Option

An exit interview was conducted with Director and a copy of this report was provided.
