32 | LPA observed that the office that was located at the bottom floor, by the family room (on limit) was removed and a kitchen #2 was installed with stove, refrigerate, table, sink and cabinets.
Per Licensee, the parents and children will use the gate located at the right-side of the house to access the facility.
Per Licensee and sketch provided on 4/1/2022, the top floor of the house will be off-limit to the children in care that is included the balcony area, kitchen#1, dinette area, dining room, living room#1&2, master bedroom, bathroom #1 &2, pantry.
Off-limit: Bottom floor (downstairs): Recreation Family Room, Laundry room, Hallway to access the recreation family room, storage, kitchen#2, bathroom 5.
LPA observed a swimming pool and jacuzzi located at the backyard of the facility. LPA observed a fence is in good repair and completely surrounding the pool. Fence is designated and installed so children could not remove any portion it.
The fence is at least five feet high. The fence is constructed so that the fence does not obscure the pool from view. No window or door provides direct access to the pool area. The gate is swings away from the pool, latching device located no more than four inches from the top of the gate. Bottom of fence is no more than 4 inches from the ground on hard surface. A jacuzzi is located beside of the swimming pool area.
LPA observed water inside of the swimming pool and jacuzzi, both are off-limit area.
The home has age appropriate toys. Electrical outlets have child protective covers in place making them inaccessible to children. Poison or dangerous items are stored/locked in cabinets and made inaccessible. Licensee states there are no firearms in the home and LPA observed no weapons at the time of this inspection. LPA observed two cats at the living room (off-limit area). During this inspection, no children were observed using the downstairs area. |
