On 05/20/2022 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Shandra Powell arrived to the facility for the purpose of concluding the investigation and to deliver the findings. Upon arrival LPA was not let into the facility in a timely manner due to the facility gate being locked. LPA met with Assistant Director Clarisse and during the inspection Director Roshawn Hooper entered the facility. LPA explained the reason for the inspection/visit. No School Age Children were in care during inspection.

Based upon the evidence obtained through the course of reviewing documentations and interviews, there is insufficient evidence to support or disprove that Facility staff failed to pick up child from the after school program or staff did not pick child up from the after school program timely.

Therefore, the above allegations have been determined unsubstantiated. A finding that the complaint is unsubstantiated means that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred. An exit interview was conducted and a copy of this report, notice of site visit and appeal rights were provided to the director, Roshawn Hooper.
