On 12/22/2021 at 11:45am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Loyce Phillips conducted an unannounced Tele-Visit inspection, due to COVID-19 facility closure. The purpose of this visit is to deliver the findings regarding the allegations referenced above. LPA met with Director, Lauren Lovoy-Granados and was guided on a tour of the facility. There were no children or staff present today.

During this investigation, LPA conducted interviews with the reporting party, staff and parents. LPA toured the facility, obtained pertinent documents, reviewed children records and staff personnel records. Based on the evidence obtained, record reviews and interview statements, the allegations are deemed Unsubstantiated. A finding that the complaint is unsubstantiated means that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove that the alleged violations did or did not occur.

An exit interview was conducted, a copy of this report, appeals rights and a notice of site visit were discussed and forwarded via email for confirmation with “Read Receipt” to Director, Lauren Lovoy-Granados.
