On February 25, 2021 Licensing Program Analysts (LPA’s) Monique Ayala and Carol Heath met with licensee, for the purpose to conduct a Case Management inspection

Upon arrival LPA’s observed 11 preschool age children in care, with licensee and 1 assistant providing care and supervision.

The purpose of the inspection is to conduct a health and welfare check to ensure the health and safety of the children in care is met. During this inspection a copy of the current facility roster was provided to LPA’s and LPA’s provided licensee with technical support for COVID-19.

A tour of the facility was conducted. The facility is operating within proper capacity and ratios.

No deficiencies were observed at the time of the visit.

An exit interview was conducted, and a copy of this report was read and provided to Licensee along with Notice of Site Visit.
