13 | On 03/05/21 at 12:54 PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Esequiel Rodriguez conducted a telephonic complaint inspection* notification with Licensee, Bessy Mejia to provide findings to the above complaint allegations. The LPA met with Licensee and explained the purpose for the inspection.
In the course of the investigation, LPA Rodriguez interviewed several potential witnesses and the licensee. Also, a review of the facility file and applicable pertinent documentation was conducted. The Licensee denied the allegations and reported that always ensures the children in care are properly care, supervised and protected from hazards or any situation that may place the children in harms way. Information obtained through confidential statements indicated the licensee provides a safe, secure and caring environment that support the children well being. At the time of the investigation, the LPA observed that there were no hazards of any kind that may create a hazard to children in care, and when children are present there is a care provider present. |
