32 | **LPA observed working smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, and carbon monoxide detectors in the Multi purpose room. Staff sign children in and parents sign children out; LPA observed Licensing forms posted on the Parent Board minus the License.
**Breakfast and snacks are provided by the school during the school year, in the Summer months, school operates full day and the school supplies Breakfast, Lunch, and afternoon snacks.
Incidental Medical Services (IMS) policy was discussed. For IMS information see Evaluator Manual - Regulation Interpretations and Procedures for Child Care Centers Sections 101173 and 101226. When any IMS is provided, an updated Plan of Operation that includes IMS must be submitted to the Department. Exit interview conducted, copy of report left with Director. There were 6 type B citations issued today as a result of this unannounced inspection, a copy of this report and citations were left with Director at the conclusion of this inspection.
