Licensing Program Analyst met with Rushani Thomas-Wise today for the purpose of conducting a Case Management inspection. Director is requesting to increase the capacity for the Preschool component from 127 to 150. Together Director and LPA measured Nido 2 classroom which is currently licensed for Infants.

Measurements were as follows:
Nido #2 Room 2: 31 X 27 = 837/35 = 23

There are 2 bathrooms in this classroom for a total of
4 toilets and 4 sinks

LPA observed age appropriate toys and furnishings.

The fire clearance has been received for the increase, the capacity increase will be granted. Exit Interview conducted, copy of the report was read and signed by Director. Copy of report left at facility.
