25 | On December 3, 2019 at 1:30pm Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Loyce Phillips conducted a Case Management inspection and met with Director Loannie Ramirez. The purpose of the inspection is to measure infant classroom #3. The facility operates three classrooms. Facility is requesting an increase of infants from 6 to 12, ages 3 weeks to 18 months. Toddler class #1 will remain at a capacity 24, ages from 18 months to 3 years of age. Preschool will remain at a capacity of 24, ages 3 to 5 years. The hours of operation are Monday through Friday 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM. The facility operates three classrooms.
The following measurements are as follows:
Class Room #1: Currently already exits with a capacity of 24 children.
Class Room #2: Currently already exits with a capacity of 24 children.
Class Room #3: Measures 25 x 27 = 675 675 - 64 = 611/35 = totals 17
LPA observed 5 cribs and a diaper changing table within arms reach of a sink, there are also additional bathrooms available in the hallway. There are age appropriate toys and play equipment (indoors and outdoors); cubbies are available for children's belongings; bedding and linens are stored and not coming into contact with other children's linens. Fire clearance approved 39 ambulatory clients.
No citations were issued according to title 22 regulations during today's inspection.
A copy of Safe Regulation Concepts was provided to Licensee. LPA's provided consultation during inspection.
An exit interview was conducted, and a copy of this report was read and provided to Director Loannie Ramirez. |
