Center utilizes a private pest control company. Soaps, detergents, cleaning compounds or similar substances were stored in areas separate from food supplies.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Center will be required to have COVID postings and information regarding the local health department; information on child passenger restraint systems; hand washing, screenings for staff and children and facial coverings.

With measurements provided, and approved fire clearance, center will be licensed for the requested capacity of 16 Preschool/Toddler children.
Center will be ready for licensure after the following are received:
Pictures will be accepted for the First Aid Kit, the outside area cleared if weeds, rubber sleeves on the chains connecting swing seat, and padding on the poles on the play yard.
Exit interview was conducted. This report was read and a copy provided to Sandra Denkovski and Anais Femat, Director of Programs. |
