Medication: This facility provides Incidental Medical Services – IMS. LPA reviewed storage of medication and equipment/supplies, and reviewed children’s, personnel, and administrative records. Per Director, currently they do not have any child(ren) to administer IMS. Plan to Provider IMS was submitted on 08/11/17.
There were no deficiencies cited during today’s inspection.
The Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213) – must remain posted for 30 days during the hours of operation after each site visit by a licensing representative. Failure to maintain posting as required will result in a civil penalty of $100.00. Exit interview was conducted with Julio Tellez, Principal including, but not limited to Provider Rights, Appeal Procedures and Agencies Consultative Role. A copy of this report and all other Licensing reports must be made available to the public for 3 years.
