32 | All individuals present have obtained a criminal record clearance or criminal record exemption. There is at least one person trained in CPR and Pediatric First Aid present during this inspection. All staff records are located at a main administrative building and brought to LPA during inspection. Children’s Records were reviewed. (The name, address, and telephone number of child’s authorized representative is on file) and also medical Assessment.) for completeness; Inspection of required forms was made and documented on the LIC 857. LPA also reviewed staff records. The review of Staff records was documented on the LIC 859. Staff present did have proof of the AB 1207 Mandated Reporter Training certificate on file. Staff present did have proof against MMR, TDAP, TB Clearance, and current influenza/or declination of influenza. All staff have been given on the-job training sanitation principles, housekeeping, including universal health precautions. LPA also issued the Review of Staff records (LIC 859) to the licensee during this inspection. The LIC 857 and the LIC 859 documents the staff and children’s files that were reviewed during this inspection.
Children's roster was reviewed and is current. This center uses the Care Connect app for the Sign-In and Sign-Out sheets which were reviewed. Children present were signed in. Disaster drill log was available, last drill was conducted on 03/08/2024. Menus are posted one month in advance where it is visible by the child's authorized representative. Menus for the past 30 days are available upon request. Snacks were reviewed for availability, quantity, and appropriateness to children in care. The facility provides AM and PM snack.
First Aid supplies were observed in each classroom in a kit. According to Site Supervisor, medication is only administered to a child when accompanied with a doctor's note and is stored in the office. The facility was observed to be equipped with an isolation area for any child who becomes ill, and it is located in the Office.

Site Supervisor was reminded that all adults 18 and over, including employees and volunteers, except as specified in Health and Safety Code section 1596.871, must obtain a criminal record clearance or exemption, or transfer their existing clearance or exemption, prior to initial presence in a Child Care Center. A civil penalty of $100.00 minimum/day for a maximum of 5 days or, if the penalty is for a repeat violation, for a maximum of 30 days per person will be assessed if this regulation is violated.
