Licensee is requesting one of the preschool classroom to be temporarily designated for use as an additional toddler classroom.

The existing toddler option continues to take place in the northern section of the facility with its own restroom and changing table. LPA observed a changing table to be added in the restroom located next to the propose toddler classroom. Per Director, facility has an additional portable sink on site that will be placed next to the changing table. During this inspection, LPA observed the portable sink that will be installed.
