25 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Lilli Babcock conducted an unannounced POC (plan of correction) inspection to ensure that the Type B deficiency cited on 1/26/24 has been cleared. A COVID risk assessment was conducted upon entry. LPA met with Director, Maricruz Flores, to whom the reason for the visit was explained. Director, guided analyst on a tour of the facility. There were 41 children present during this inspection. The following was observed:
ยท LPA observed expiration and delivery dates on all food items that are decanted or do not have dates on the packaging.
LPA advised the licensee how to access forms, regulations and quarterly updates on the Child Care Licensing Website at: www.ccld.ca.gov.
LPA cleared the deficiency on this date and provided a copy of the Licensing Report to Maricruz Flores. LPA also issued POC clearance letter during the visit.
At this time, the licensee is in compliance with California Code of Regulations Title 22. Therefore, no deficiencies are being cited.
A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Director, Maricruz Flores.
