Licensing Program Analysts Joanne Solorio Campos and Staicy Perry conducted an unannounced Annual Continuation for Yavneh Hebrew Academy. The purpose of today’s visit is to issue and review deficiencies from annual report dated 2/11/25. Due to time constraints LPA’s were unable to finish annual. Upon arrival LPAs met with Director Sara Shelton, to whom the purpose of the inspection was explained.

During today’s visit, LPA’s issued and reviewed deficiencies.

At this time, the facility is not in compliance with California Code of Regulations, Title 22. Deficiencies are being cited pertaining to annual report dated 2/11/25.

Exit interview was conducted with Director Sara Shelton. Copy of report was provided. Appeal rights were provided and discussed. Notice of site visit was provided.
