25 | At 2:10 pm Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Lilli Babcock conducted an unannounced Case Management – Licensee Initiated visit to the above facility for the purpose of evaluating the Licensee’s request to have her granddaughter added as a Licensee to the facility. A COVID risk assessment was conducted. LPA met with Licensee, Isabel Urrea, and Brittany Ochoa to whom the reason for the visit was explained. Per Licensee, there are 14 children currently enrolled. There were six children present upon arrival. The licensee was observed to be operating within the license capacity limitations.
The licensee states that 3 adults (including Brittany Ochoa) and no children currently live in the home. All adults living in the home have obtained a criminal record clearance.
This is a one-story home which consists of kitchen, daycare room, living room, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, attached garage, backyard, and front patio and front yard.
Per licensee, areas off-limits to children and parents include the kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, backyard, and front yard.
The children currently have access to daycare room, living room, one bathroom, one bedroom used as a napping room, garage, and front patio which is fenced.
Licensee guided analyst on a tour of the facility. During this visit, all areas identified on the facility sketch that are accessible for children to use were toured and inspected. The following was observed:
