25 | A Case management inspection was conducted by Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Timothy Fields. LPA met with Director Monica Lopez and was guided on a tour of the infant program. The purpose of todays inspection was to inspect two classrooms that were previously not in use. The facility plans to enroll additional children to maximize their capacity. The two infant classrooms were inspected for cleanliness and good repair.
LPA observed appropriate toys and equipment. Lighting was in operable condition. Carpets were clean. Changing tables were in good quality and within arms reach of a sink. Cribs and infant mats are used for napping. Sufficient storage space for children items were available. LPA observed the food preparation area and refrigerator was in operable condition.
An exit interview was conducted with Director Monica Lopez. A copy of the report along with notice of site visit was provided. |
