25 | ANNUAL/RANDOM INSPECTION CONDUCTED IN ARMENIAN Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Anomeh Eivazian conducted an unannounced random inspection. LPA met with licensee, Alis Khodagulyan who guided analyst on a tour of the facility. Also present was Roobina Babakhani, licensee's assistant. There were 10 children present during this inspection, four being infants. Ms. Khodagulyan states that there are currently 11 children enrolled, children's roster was reviewed and is current. Disaster drill log was available, last drill was conducted on 09/06/19.
This is a one story home which consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room (FIREPLACE: which is inaccessible), attic, detached room/activity room in the backyard, front yard, backyard (fenced) and garage. The children use the bathroom in the hallway, living room, dining room, kitchen, detached activity room and utilize the three bedrooms for napping only. Per licensee, areas off limits to children and parents include: 2 bathrooms in the bedrooms, front yard, garge, and attic. The licensee states that the detached activity room is only being used for limited activities only and children sleep in the main home and eat either outside or inside the home in one bedroom. Per licensee children have free access to the main home. Upon LPA's arrival to the facility LPA observed children were sleeping in side the main home in three bedrooms.
Per licensee children use the detached activity room daily from 9:00 am to 11:30 am and 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
The LPA toured all areas used by children during this inspection. Family members residing in the home are 3 adults who have clearances on file and 0 children. All areas used by children were inspected for safety, comfort, cleanliness, telephone, ventilation and heating (central). REPORT CONTINUES ON NEXT PAGE 1 of 3 |
