25 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA’s) Fabiola Vasquez and Mireya García conducted a Case Management Deficiencies Inspection to address deficiencies observed during visits conducted by the Department on 07/11/2019 and on 09/26/2019.
During a walk-through of the facility, LPA Garcia observed that there were two (2) school age children and four (4) infants with one (1) Teacher in the outdoor area allowing for school-age children not to be physically separated from space provided for other child care center children.
During today’s inspection upon review of the Sign in/Sign out sheets for the day, LPA’s Vasquez and García observed in the school-age binder that there were four (4) children signed in for the day. However, school-age children were not present during this inspection. Per Director, school-age children were not signed out when taken to school this morning.
The following deficiencies on the attached LIC 809 deficiencies page is being cited in accordance with CA code of Regulations Title 22.
