25 | An unannounced Case Management Inspection was conducted on this date by Cynthia Reyes, and Alicia Bailey LPA's. Inspection for the purpose of evaluating the new route and procedure for parents to entry and exit the preschool program, due to parents were entering and exiting threw the school age program. LPA's met with Director Narissa Groves who took LPS on a tour of the facility indoors and out.
LPA's observed 16 preschool children with Lizette Santigo and Anamaria Delossantos teachers and 10 school age were observed with teacher Chere Carr.
LPAs observed the preschool children parents will now enter threw the white pedestrian gate located on the drive way and enter the preschool program on the side door (where the old toddler option was located). LPA observed the parents have to ring a door bell on the black rod iron gate and a staff member would need to open the door for them. LPAs advised the director that the sign in/out book needs to be located inside the building and the parents need to be able to enter and exit the facility freely. Per director who stated she will make the correction to have the parents use the old toddler option program class room to enter and sign in and out their preschool child. The sliding door located in the old toddler option class room will have a lock and door bell placed on it to ensure entrance and exit of the preschool program for safety. Director stated she will notify LPA's as soon as correction is completed.
