32 | Napping equipment and bedding were inspected for good condition, appropriate storage and cleanliness. Storage for children's belongings was inspected. LPAs observed children's cubbies inside the classrooms. Parents take blankets home on Friday and return on Monday. Per Director, the isolation area is located in the Director's office. In the Director's office a cot can be placed on the floor for an ill child and the staff restroom is readily available if an ill child requires it. Teacher child ratios were observed, and staff names recorded. Sign in and out sheets were reviewed. During this inspection, there were 71 children present and all 71 children were signed in.
FACILITY RECORDS: All individuals present have obtained a criminal record clearance or criminal record exemption. There is at least one person trained in CPR and Pediatric First Aid present during this inspection.
Children's roster, Children's files, Staff files were reviewed and are current. In review of children’s records, files contain information including, but not limited to the following: Name, address and telephone number of the child's authorized representative and of relatives or others who can assume responsibility for the child if the authorized representative cannot be reached when necessary. LPA Razo issued the Children's Record Review (LIC857), the Staff Record's Review (LIC859) and the Confidential Names List (LIC811) to the Director during this inspection. The LIC 857, LIC 859, and LIC 811 documents the staff names and children's and staff files that were reviewed during this inspection. Disaster drill log was available, last drill was conducted on 02/19/2020.
Per Director, there are currently no children enrolled at this time who required IMS.
