Outdoor playground equipment is in safe condition, free of sharp, loose or pointed parts. During the walk trough of the outdoors, LPAs observed bug insecticide on the floor inside the laundry outdoor shed area which was unlocked and accessible to children in care. First Aid supplies were available

Napping equipment and bedding were inspected for good condition, appropriate storage and cleanliness. Storage for children's belongings was inspected.
