An unannounced Required Inspection was conducted by Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) A. Lucero. LPA met with licensee Laura Rivas who guided LPA on a tour of the facility. This is a single story, three bedroom, three bathroom home. Per licensee, currently residing in the home are two adults (Licensee and spouse) and no minors. Present at the time of inspection was licensee's assistant #1.
Areas accessible to children were inspected as follows: One bedroom located at the front of the home, den that has been converted into day care purposes, one bathroom located next to den, back yard.
Areas off limits include: Kitchen, master bedroom with master bath, bathroom located in hallway, bedroom, living room (living room only accessible to walk to bedroom for napping), attached garage, front yard.
Licensee states that there are no weapons or firearms on the premises. LPA did not observe swimming pools or spas on the premises. The backyard is adequately fenced. There are age appropriate toys and equipment on the premises. The smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors are present in the facility and in operational condition. Fire extinguisher has been serviced in February 2020. LPA observed a barricaded fireplace.
