On November 14, 2024, at 10:30am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) A. Carter conducted an Unannounced Case Management Inspection for the purpose of obtaining a signature on D pages from an annual inspection conducted on 10/25/24. LPA announced the purpose of the visit and met with Licensee, Mariana Sinohui. LPA did not observed any children at time of inspection.

Licensee signed report and was provided a copy on this date, 11/14/2024.

The facility was found in compliance per Title 22 regulations, there will be no deficiencies cited today.

Exit interview was conducted and report was reviewed with the Licensee, Mariana Sinohui .
