25 | At 1:20 pm Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Lilli Babcock conducted an unannounced required 1-year inspection to the above facility. A COVID risk assessment was conducted, and appropriate PPE was used by LPA. LPA met with Licensee, Rosalva Aguirre, to whom the reason for the visit was explained. Per Licensee, there are 11 children currently enrolled. There were 5 children present upon arrival. The licensee was observed to be operating within the license capacity limitations.
The licensee states that 3 adults and no children currently live in the home. Per Licensee, there is one assistant in the facility. All adults living in the home have obtained a criminal record clearance.
This is a one-story home which consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room, family room, dining room, kitchen, daycare room, garage, front yard, and backyard which is fenced.
Per licensee, areas off-limits to children and parents include 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, family room, living room, garage, and front yard. The children have access to daycare room, one bathroom, and backyard which is fenced. The daycare room is accessed by parents via a gate by the garage. The gate leads to the daycare room and bathroom used by the children.
Licensee guided analyst on a tour of the facility at 1:40 pm. During this visit, all areas identified on the facility sketch that are accessible for children to use were toured and inspected and the following was observed.
