An unannounced Annual Random Inspection was conducted by Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) A. Lucero and J. Anguiano. LPAs met with licensee Maria Alfaro who guided LPAs on a tour of the facility. This is a single story, four bedroom, two bathroom home. Per Licensee, currently residing in the home are two adults (Licensee and spouse) and no minors. No other adults were present in the home during inspection.
Areas accessible to children were inspected as follows: Two bedrooms (one for playing one for napping), hallway bathroom, kitchen, dining area, and back yard.
Areas off limits include: Living room, two bedrooms, master bathroom.
Licensee states that there are no weapons or firearms on the premises. LPA did not observe swimming pools or spas on the premises. The backyard is adequately fenced. There are age appropriate toys and equipment on the premises. The smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors are present in the facility and in operational condition. Fire extinguisher has been serviced in April 2018.
