32 | LPA inspected the children’s outdoor space. The playground was inspected for safety, cushioning material, good repair and age appropriateness. LPA observed there to be shade and adequate fencing. Personal water bottles are brought outside by the children for drinking water.
Teacher child ratios were observed to be in compliance. Care and supervision was evaluated to determine if the basic needs of children are met.
LPA also reviewed criminal record clearances, children and staff records. LPA found the records to be complete and in order. Sign in and out sheets were reviewed and found to be accurate.
This facility provides Incidental Medical Services – IMS. LPA reviewed storage of medication and equipment/supplies, and reviewed children’s, personnel, and administrative records.
