25 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Flores conducted an Annual inspection at the above facility. Upon arrival LPA was greeted by licensee, Hasmik Mirzayan. LPA observed 11 child in care who were napping during this inspection. LPA observed a child roster posted. LPA observed 4 children files containing immunization records and signed copy of Notification of Parents Rights. Per Licensing Information System (LIS) all adults residing and working in the home have obtained background clearances. Per LIS, facility annual fees were current. The licensee is operating within proper capacity and ratios. LPA observed licensee to be present at the home and providing adequate care and supervision.
The home is 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom home. Facility has a front and back yard, an attached garage, a laundry room and the kitchen. All areas in the home are off limits except for the play room where child care is provided, the bathroom inside the play room and the back yard. The backyard is completely fenced in. There is a door in the play room that leads the children out to the backyard to avoid going through the living room. The back yard has shade and cushioned floors to prevent injuries visible by LPA. Safe and age appropriate playing equipment were visible. There is no pool or bodies of water on the premises. The home is clean, were orderly, comfortable and well ventilated. Licensee's poisons, detergents, cleaning compounds, medications and other items which could pose a danger to children are stored where they are inaccessible to children located in the kitchen.
