32 | Menus were reviewed for availability, quantity and appropriateness to children in care. The afternoon session is provided with one snack. Snacks are provided by Options Food Program which follow mandated Federal Food Guidelines. Meal menus, license, car seat law, parents' rights for centers, emergency disaster plan and all other posting requirements were observed.
Teacher-child ratios are kept in compliance at all times with one teacher and assistant teaching staff always present/assigned. Sign in and out sheets and procedures were reviewed. Children are signed in by parents or staff upon arrival. An Emergency Disaster Drill log is kept and shows last earthquake and fire drills were conducted on 9/29/22.

There are currently (3) children with inhalers. All medications and corresponding documents/authorizations were reviewed and found to be current and complete.
After a complete inspection of the facility, no deficiencies were observed/cited in accordance with California Code of Regulations Title 22 Division 12.
